@UK PLC provide a comprehensive range of quality training solutions designed to cater for every level and type of @UK user. Whatever a delegate’s job, we offer the appropriate training to maximise productivity by ensuring that your team learn to use our system effectively in the shortest possible time.

Training Centre

Our purpose-built training facility in Berkshire is the ideal location to get away from workplace distractions and concentrate on learning the essential workplace skills which ensure that your organisation derives maximum benefit from your investment in @UK.

Training Solutions

All our training solutions are of the highest quality and focus on the practical day-to-day needs of individual user roles. Training is delivered in a live demonstration system environment and practical exercises use similar environments or, where possible, delegates’ own test sites for a real-life learning experience.

Standard Courses

We have a range of standard content, aimed at different user roles. Courses can be arranged for individual organisations, to address your specific operational needs. If it’s impractical for your delegates to travel to our Training Centre, then we can arrange courses at your site or other location, provided the appropriate facilities are available.

Custom & Supplementary Training

In addition to our standard courses, we can customise training to meet your individual requirements. After delegates have attended a full course, we offer Refresher, Upgrade and Follow-up training at our Centre, your site or via online interactive sessions. We also offer Overview and Introductory sessions to increase awareness of the @UK solution within your organisation and partners.

Online Training Sessions

Introductory, overview and refresher sessions for any number of delegates are ideally suited to online training. Users can follow demonstrations and interact with the session leader from their own computers.

Training Programmes

We can provide a training needs analysis service which delivers a full tailored project plan for training all your staff. Plans can involve a mix standard, custom and online training, as well as one-to-one sessions, guided and remote learning. Alternatively, you may prefer to book a block of training days to be called off as and when required throughout the year.

'The project was particularly exciting as it allowed for joint work with leading academics at the University of Reading and Research scientists at @UK PLC. This is one of the largest and most innovative KTP projects ever undertaken and we are very excited by the results. We believe that the new tool is groundbreaking and has come at exactly the right time to help public and private sector organizations achieve savings.'

Professor Mark Bishop, Department of Computing

'It's really useful because we can look at the information from all different angles and it's so easy to use,' says Ms Hamilton. 'It will help us rationalise and standardise our suppliers and products, which in turn means we can get better prices.'
