We are also required to undertake some due diligence enquiries in respect of our clientele to comply with international money laundering regulations, for each director and shareholder appointed in the offshore company purchased. We would need:
- A professional and/or a bank reference
- Certified copy passport or driver’s licence to verify the beneficial owner’s identity
- Utility bill
- An understanding of the client's activities and type of business
- Anticipated annual turnover
- Source of funds
