Printed Certificate of Incorporation £15

The Certificate of Incorporation is issued once Companies House has confirmed that your company has been added to their register.

You will automatically receive an email version of the Certificate of Incorporation if you purchase any of our company formation packages. However, it is only with the Standard and Premier Package that you will receive a printed version on the official Companies House buff card.

You may be asked to provide an official Certificate of Incorporation when you apply for a business bank account.

Company Register £25

The company register allows you to maintain all your official documents and details in one place.

We can provide you with either a loose leaf or bound version of your register, although we would recommend the loose leaf version as this will allow you to add meeting minutes etc.

Certificate of Good Standing £30

Issued by the Registrar of Companies a Certificate of Good Standing authenticates the existence of the company and provides evidence of the officers and share capital. It is often used when a UK company needs to be registered or to trade outside the UK.

The certificate confirms the company name, number, date of incorporation and that it has been in continuous and unbroken existence since its incorporation. It also states that no action is currently being taken by the Registrar of Companies to strike the company off the register and dissolving it as defunct. In addition, and as far as the Registrar is aware, the company is not in liquidation or subject to an administration order and no receiver or manager of the company’s property has been appointed. The certificate will not be issued if the company is not up to date with the filing of annual returns and accounts.

Details of the Registered Office address, name and addresses of Directors and Secretary and share capital on the certificate can be added on request. We will order the certificate with this extra information unless you indicate OTHERWISE in the Extra Information Box in the checkout.

3 Bound Copies of Memorandum & Articles of Association £10

The Memorandum and Articles of Association are documents that are legally required on the incorporation of a LTD company. The document sets out the company's name, where the registered office of the company is situated (in England, Wales or Scotland) and what it will do (its objects).

These documents are included in all of our formation packages but we offer this additional service if you require further copies.

5 Blank Share Certificates £2.50

Share Certificates provide a shareholder with proof of ownership. The certificate outlines the number of shares that have been allocated to the shareholder.

Our Share Certificates only come in packs of 5, if you require more simply add further packs to your order. Or, we can email you an electronic share certificate
