@UK PLC offer a Company Secretary service for an annual fee of £60.00. This service includes:
- Completion of the annual return
- Issuing shares
- Transfers
- Minutes of meetings
Any additional company secretarial work will be charged at an hourly rate. The rates start at £70.00 and may rise to £190 per hour, dependent on the complexity of the service or advice.
You will be sent a renewal reminder at the end of each year and contacted to confirm the details regarding the filing of the Annual Return. To provide an efficient service please keep us informed of any changes to your contact details. If we are unable to contact you we will be unable to file the Annual Return, nor continue to act on your behalf and we will have to refer the matter to Companies House.
