Here at @Accountancy, we are firmly committed to providing measurable service levels to our clients and a personal as well as a highly professional service.
Accordingly, I, Simon Dolan, Managing Partner of @Accountancy, hereby unconditionally guarantee that if any of the following service criteria are not met in any month, I will make a full refund of that month's fee.
Emails received by 1600 hours on any normal working day will be answered the same day.
Letters will be answered within two days of receipt.
Subject to all the appropriate information having been received from the client, draft Annual Accounts will be submitted for approval within four weeks.
All new clients will be contacted by their Account Manager within two days of signed Contracts being received.
Client/Accountant ratio will be maintained at a constant level to ensure no loss of personal service.
All accounting work will be carried out in house by suitably qualified people.
Should it be necessary to leave a telephone message it will be answered same day/following day latest.
