Company Formation

Following the Money Laundering Regulations of 15th December 2007, this service is now available only for our dormant company package.

With 'FastTrack', as soon as you give us your card information our system automatically sends your company to Companies House for validation.

This is important because Companies House work on a time of arrival for deciding who gets a company name.

You can get your name to Companies House in as little as 5 minutes using our system.

The company is formed using our nominee director(s), secretary and subscriber. Limited companies are usually formed with 100 £1 shares. Plcs are usually formed with 50,000 £1 shares. The Mem and Arts will be a generic standard set suitable for the type of company you have ordered. The subscriber(s) (our nominee(s)) will be added automatically to the Mem and Arts.

This typically takes 10 minutes longer. If you select 'Detailed', you will need to click on 'Next Steps' when your payment has been accepted. You will then have the opportunity of entering details of director(s), secretary, subscriber(s), amend registered office address, change share capital plus make any other changes before the application is sent to Companies House.

The Mem and Arts are standard sets according to the type of company. The subscribers you enter will be automatically added to the mem and arts. If you need to customise or use your own set, please get in touch with us before clicking on 'Send Application'. The application will not be sent to Companies House until you click on 'Send Application' on the pre-register main page. When we submit your application to Companies House we email your Memorandum and Articles of Association to you. Once Companies House have checked your company name and registration details they send back a .pdf certificate of incorporation to us and we forward it to you automatically.

Unless you requested the service with electronic certificate only, we will also then send you a printed copy of the certificate.

You now have a company that is ready to trade along with all the documentation required for opening a bank account etc.

The FastTrack option allows you to submit your application in as short a time as possible - however, the company will be formed with our Nominee Directors / Secretaries / Subscribers.

The Detailed option allows you to enter information for your own Directors / Secretaries / Subscribers, but the process does take a little longer (10 mins approx).
