Our Rapid Deployment Programme enables organisations to complete implementation of live electronic purchasing in the shortest possible time.  Our experts are on hand to advise, plan, train and implement eProcurement at every stage, working with your Suppliers, Administrators, Purchasing Managers and Buyers.

We offer a 10-day Implementation package (illustrated below), plus optional Pre-Implementation supplier introduction and Post-Implementation extended deployment stages.  In the case of smaller organisations, the Implementation package can be condensed to 5 working days, over 2 weeks elapsed time.

The @UK Rapid Deployment process comprises three stages:

Pre-Implementation:Ensure that priority Suppliers are available to trade online at the end of the Implementation stage.  (Supplier Analysis & Introduction)

Implementation: Construct and populate the eProcurement system, processes and priority department(s) to enable live orders to be placed on priority suppliers.  (Planning, Setup, Population & Training)

Post-Implementation:Extend live electronic trading to any remaining departments and suppliers.  (Supplier Adoption & Extended Deployment.)
