Basic Package

At £24.99 this is the cheapest option for incorporating a LTD company. You will receive (via email) all the legal documentation required by Companies House to form a company that you wish to trade under;
- Memorandum and Articles of Association (word document)
- Certificate of Incorporation (.pdf format)
NOTE: Whilst you will be able to print the Certificate of Incorporation yourself please be aware that some banks do prefer an official version printed on Companies House card. If you require the official paper certificate this is included in our Standard Package which is just £39.99. If, at a later date, you require the printed version we are able to provide this service for an additional cost of £15.

Standard Package

The Standard Package that we offer includes all the necessary documentation that is required to get you up and trading. You will receive the following documentation via email within hours of you completing our online application process;
- Memorandum and Articles of Association (word document)
- Certificate of Incorporation (.pdf format)
- Certificate of Incorporation (paper format)
As well as providing the email version of this certificate we will also send you a paper copy which will be printed on official Companies House paper. You may be asked to present an official paper version by banks when applying for a business bank account.

Premier Package

Save £14.49 when ordering this package instead of buying the items separately.
The Premier Package available includes all the necessary documentation that is required to get you up and trading.
You will receive the following documentation via email within hours of you completing our online application process;
- Memorandum and Articles of Association (word document arrives within minutes of your application)
- Certificate of Incorporation (.pdf document typically arrives between 3-8 hours)
Plus the following extras (these are not legal requirements);
- Printed Certificate of Incorporation
- Company Seal with your Company Name
- Statutory Registry
- 6 Bound Copies of your Articles and Memorandum
The printed version of your Memorandum and Articles of Association and Certificate of Incorporation will be posted first class on the day of formation.
The Company Seal and Register will be delivered by courier and you will need to be available to sign for the parcel. If you are not at home when the courier tries to deliver the first time a card will be left for you to contact them to re-arrange free delivery. If you are unavailable on the second attempt then you will be liable for any further re-delivery charges.
If you wish to have your Seal, Register and printed documents mailed overseas there will be a £30 charge added to your order.
You will also have the opportunity to notify Companies House electronically of director and secretary appointments, resignations and change of details after formation. Annual Returns can also be filed for just £25.

(Neither of the above items is a legal requirement) - A Printed Share Certificate for each subscriber.
- The mem and arts, printed certificate and share certificates are posted first class on the day of formation.
We will also file your annual return at the end of your first year, and if your company is a PLC, we will email you to remind you to hold your AGM within 15 months of the date of incorporation. AGM documentation will be attached to that email.

Name Reservation Package

The name reservation package registers a Dormant Company. What is a dormant company?
A dormant company is formed with the intention that it will not trade. In forming a dormant company you register the name of the business on the Companies House database as you would with a trading entity, in doing so you ensure that no-one else can trade under that company name. This act of protecting a name is the most common reason for establishing a dormant company. On forming a dormant company you will always have the option to upgrade to a trading business whenever you wish to do so.
On forming a dormant company @UK nominees will remain in position as director and shareholder (and for plcs, as secretary). The company will be registered in England and Wales and your registered office will remain at the @UK PLC office address: 5 Jupiter House, Calleva Park, Aldermaston, Reading, Berks RG7 8NN.
The charge of £70 is an annual fee which is payable before the Annual Return and Dormant Accounts are filed, a renewal notice will be emailed to you two weeks before year end. As part of our service we will managed the company for you and file your Annual Return and Dormant Accounts on your behalf.
If required, you will be able to upgrade and;
- activate the company
- appoint your own director
- transfer the subscriber share
- change your registered office to a different address ( in England or Wales )
NOTES:
Your company cannot ever have a registered office address in Scotland or Ireland.
The option of Detailed Registration is not available with this package.
Property Management Co

A Right to Manage (RTM) Company is exclusively for use in managing property, e.g. individual flat within a block of flats. You will be able to enter the address of the property online in the @UK PLC admin section after payment (you will be provided with log-in details during the ordering process).
You will receive the following documentation via email within hours of you completing our online application process;
- Specialised Memorandum and Articles of Association with RTM in accordance with The Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 (word document)
- Certificate of Incorporation (.pdf format)
Plus the following extras (these are not legal requirements);
- Printed Certificate of Incorporation
- Company Seal and Register
- 4 Bound copies of your specialised Articles and Memorandum
NOTE: The Company Seal and Register will be delivered by courier and you will need to be available to sign for the parcel.
