The Background

Ashton Vale Primary School is a small primary school located in Bristol with 130 pupils across the full primary age range. A busy timetable of school trips meant that staff and administrators were spending a significant amount of time collecting and chasing payments. Entrusting cheques and cash to young children often results in the money never reaching its destination.

The Solution

The Bursar at Ashton Vale is now able to log onto the school’s IncomeMaster website to easily create and amend the ‘products’ that the school sells. Whenever a new school trip is organised this is added to the IncomeMaster site. Parents are able to go to the secure website and pay for anything that is applicable to their child. Parents also have the opportunity to pay for school meals, on either a weekly or monthly basis and their child’s music lessons.
