Analyst Philip Morrish says "@UK, as previously anticipated, is beginning to seriously demonstrate that it is an early beneficiary of the Coalition Government’s spending reforms and public sector initiatives to improve procurement. More than 80% of public sector organisations have yet to implement a meaningful e-procurement policy, which should result in further significant site traffic."
