 What is Detailed Registration?

A Detailed Registration allows you to enter your own director(s), secretary and subscriber(s) before the company is formed. In our admin section you can also change registered office and share capital. The application will not be sent to Companies House until you send it off. This is especially important if you wish to use your own Memorandum & Articles of Association, for example.
