You can resign a director or secretary by filing an online form 288b from the administration page on the website.  The form is submitted electronically to Companies House and email acceptances are usually sent in 3 hours.  Please allow up to 5 days for the change to appear on the public record.

 

You can also download a PDF form 288b from the administration page if you would prefer to file the change on paper.  Please note that this takes considerably longer to appear on the public record than filing electronically.
