You can complete an online 288c form which is available on the administration page on the website. The form is submitted electronically to Companies House and email acceptances are usually sent in 3 hours. Please allow up to 5 days for the change to appear on the pubic record.

You can also download a PDF 288c form from the administration page if you would prefer to file the change on paper.
