I placed an order online, but haven't received my goods.

Your online order is placed with the merchant. If you have any problems with the order, then you must contact the merchant.

@UK PLC are only responsible for handling the online transaction - if you contact us we will only be able to confirm whether the payment has taken place or not. We will not be able to answer any other questions regarding your order.
