If your login does not work, please try the following:

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Go to Tools, then Internet Options.
3. Under Temporary Internet Files, click on 'settings'.
4. Click on 'View Files'.
5. Search for a file that is called something like Cookie:myname@uk-plc.net
6. Delete this file.
7. Close down all your browser windows, and then start again.
