Supply Chain Failure Protection

@UK protects against supply chain failure through having one data center that is fully owned and operated by @UK PLC with no subcontractors. The other data center is owned by TATA, and the service is managed by @UK PLC and Control Circle. @UK is able to take over all operations in the data center.

Statement on Suppliers Indirect Responsibility

Suppliers do not have indirect responsibility since @UK does not aggregate 3rd party services for on sale to customers.

Statement on Customers Indirect Responsibility

@UK provides support for end users of @UK customers applications and websites, so that if an @UK customer fails or the business needs support such as following the loss of a critical member of staff then @UK steps in and helps the end users of the service along with the new management of the business.

This has only been required on 2 occasions in our 12 years of operation.
